We have experience in writing plans and addressing recovery issues since 1974. With a unique product and service supporting business continuity planning combined with a best practices approach that encompasses a full range of needed services. CPO was founded by Tim Lord, a certified disaster recovery and business contingency planner. Mr. Lord has a diverse recovery planning background covering more than 31 years. During this period he recognized, that for most organizations, recovery planning was a time-consuming and expensive issue that most often led to ineffective and outdated plans. Having experienced many of the same problems facing businesses today, he developed a methodology and approach that has been successfully applied at many large and small organizations. Years of refining and expanding the concept and methodology to support CPO's mission has resulted in a seasoned  product that is offered to both the public and private sector, CPOtracker.

The CPO Methodology and supporting DR/BC planning tool, CPOtracker, will facilitate your organization's effort to become as protected as possible, as soon as possible. Over the years we have seen that most written plans are not maintained at the complete and accurate level necessary to potentially support a successful recovery.   There are many reasons, but the primary one is maintenance.
